Cash flow refers to incoming and outgoing money in your business in a given time period. Cash flow is the money that is moving (flowing). Poor cash flow management may lead to irreparable business failures. Yet you don’t need specific credentials or skills to manage cash flow. But learning how to get a smart handle on your cash flow will help your startup on its way to company growth. Good upstream management will allow you to anticipate hard times and create effective solutions.

Dr. Frédéric Daumas is the CEO of Upperion SAS, a consultancy company supporting innovation. He co-founded several innovative companies and created a computing centre for biotechnology startups as well as various innovative programs for the development of the Haute-Garonne region. Frédéric is the former Innovation Director of the Conseil départemental de la Haute-Garonne and Managing Director of the Business Innovation Centre Théogone. He accompanied 300 companies with a 95% success rate.
With a doctorate in biophysics on innovation and nanotechnologies, Frédéric DAUMAS completed his initial education with training in Finance (Toulouse Business School) and Data Analysis for Business (London School of Economics and Political Sciences).
