Dr. Paulo Rodrigues
Paulo is Portuguese and was born on April 9, 1981. He is a top of the class Software Engineer from the University of Minho in Braga, Portugal. After winning experience in an innovative enterprise dealing with data and mobility, he began a PhD at Eindhoven University of Technology. His thesis was based on the study of new techniques for brain dissection. During his doctoral studies, he was developing the technology currently used in Mint Labs. After earning a Ph.D. in Brain Imaging, entered a Dutch technology company for 1 year. Following, in Barcelona, he was a research associate for the University of Barcelona in the School of Psychology, specializing in neuroimaging techniques. Vesna, co-founder and CSO, has a Marie Curie fellowship to conduct research in Multiple Sclerosis and will be visiting Harvard Medical School to expand R&D there. Paulo, co-founder and CEO, is top of the class Software Engineer, and his pragmatic problem solving equips him to be a successful young entrepreneur. In order to tackle the US market already from the beginning, we count with Stephen, an experience entrepreneur with experience in the medical sector, to help us 'stir the pot' and bring in West Coast investors and setting the pavement for the US market.
